NetherShop — Terms of Service

6. Refund Policy

Fraudulent transactions, fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to obtain products without payment may result in permanent suspension from NetherShop and may be reported to the relevant payment provider or authorities where appropriate.

If a product relies on a third-party service that becomes unavailable, NetherShop cannot guarantee continued functionality of that product.

When contacting support, provide:

Abusive, threatening, or intentionally misleading behavior toward support staff may result in termination of support.

NetherShop's liability, where legally permitted, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
