NetherShop — Refund Policy Last Updated: October 2, 2026 This Refund Policy explains the rules and procedures governing refunds for digital products and services purchased through NetherShop. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy, the applicable product description, any product-specific warranty, and the NetherShop Terms of Service. Because NetherShop primarily sells digital products that may be delivered, activated, or accessed immediately after payment, refund eligibility can differ from that of physical products. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. --- 1. General Refund Policy NetherShop sells digital products, including but not limited to: - Digital accounts - Software and tools - Licenses - Access keys - Digital services - Digital subscriptions - Other downloadable or electronically delivered products Due to the nature of digital products, a refund is not automatically available simply because a customer changes their mind after the product has been delivered or access has been provided. Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, included features, requirements, limitations, warranty information, and any other information displayed on the relevant product page. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand what you are purchasing. --- 2. Eligibility for a Refund A refund may be considered when one or more of the following circumstances apply: 2.1 Product Not Delivered If you successfully completed payment but did not receive the purchased product or access to the product, you may contact NetherShop support. We will investigate the transaction and attempt to resolve the delivery issue. If NetherShop is unable to provide the purchased product or otherwise fulfill the order, a refund may be issued where appropriate. 2.2 Product Significantly Different From Description If the delivered product is materially different from what was advertised on the product page, you may contact support. NetherShop may investigate the difference between the advertised product and the product delivered. If the product is confirmed to be materially different and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund may be considered. Minor differences, cosmetic differences, reasonable changes, or differences that are clearly disclosed on the product page will generally not qualify for a refund. 2.3 Defective Product If a product is confirmed to be defective and the problem prevents the product from performing its advertised core functionality, NetherShop may attempt to: 1. Troubleshoot the issue; 2. Provide instructions or technical assistance; 3. Replace the product; 4. Provide another reasonable solution; or 5. Issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are generally considered after reasonable troubleshooting or replacement options have been exhausted. 2.4 Valid Warranty Claim Some products may include a specific warranty. Where a product has a warranty, the warranty period and conditions displayed on the product page will apply. If a valid warranty issue occurs within the applicable warranty period and NetherShop cannot reasonably resolve the issue through replacement or another solution, a refund may be considered. --- 3. Product-Specific Refund Rules Different digital products may have different characteristics and risks. Refund eligibility may therefore depend on the type of product purchased. 3.1 Digital Accounts Accounts sold by NetherShop may be subject to the rules, security systems, policies, and restrictions of the third-party platform associated with the account. If an account is covered by a warranty, the warranty period and conditions displayed on the product page apply. A refund or replacement may be considered if an account: - Cannot be accessed upon delivery; - Does not contain the advertised features; - Becomes unavailable during a valid warranty period due to a covered issue; or - Otherwise fails to meet the applicable warranty conditions. However, refunds or replacements may not be available where the problem is caused by the customer. Examples include: - Changing account credentials without following provided instructions; - Sharing account credentials; - Reselling or transferring the account; - Using the account in violation of the third-party platform's rules; - Using the account for unauthorized activity; - Losing access because of customer actions; - Providing incorrect information; - Failing to follow provided instructions; - Attempting to modify or interfere with the account; - Using unsupported methods of access. Third-party platforms may independently suspend, restrict, terminate, or modify accounts. NetherShop cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will maintain an account indefinitely unless such protection is explicitly included in the applicable product warranty. --- 4. Tools, Software, and Licenses Software, tools, scripts, licenses, and other digital applications are sold according to their advertised functionality. Before purchasing such a product, customers should review: - Supported operating systems; - Required software; - Hardware requirements; - Required accounts; - Supported versions; - Third-party dependencies; - Product limitations; - License restrictions; - Any other requirements displayed on the product page. A refund may be considered if the product cannot perform its advertised core functionality and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved. A refund will generally not be provided where the product works as advertised but cannot be used because the customer's system does not satisfy the stated requirements. --- 5. Third-Party Services Some NetherShop products may depend on external websites, APIs, platforms, servers, software, or other third-party services. Third-party services may change or become unavailable at any time. Examples include: - API changes; - Website changes; - Platform updates; - Service interruptions; - Account restrictions; - API deprecation; - Third-party security changes; - Third-party pricing changes; - Service discontinuation; - Changes to authentication systems. NetherShop does not control third-party services. A product becoming partially or completely unavailable because a third-party provider independently changed, restricted, discontinued, or modified its service does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where appropriate, NetherShop may attempt to provide an update, workaround, replacement, or alternative solution. --- 6. Change of Mind Refunds are generally not provided because a customer: - Changed their mind; - No longer wants the product; - No longer needs the product; - Purchased the product without researching it; - Decided that the product is not useful to them; - Found another product they prefer; - Purchased the product for the wrong purpose. Customers should carefully review the product information before purchasing. --- 7. Incorrect Purchases Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product before completing payment. Refunds are generally not available for: - Purchasing the wrong product; - Selecting the wrong version; - Selecting the wrong license; - Purchasing a product for an unsupported system; - Purchasing multiple copies accidentally; - Failing to read the product description; - Failing to check compatibility requirements. Where technically possible, NetherShop may choose to assist with an exchange or alternative solution, but such assistance is not guaranteed. --- 8. Customer Misuse A refund may be denied where a product has been damaged, compromised, restricted, or made unusable through customer actions. This may include: - Unauthorized modification; - Reverse engineering where prohibited; - Tampering with files; - Sharing credentials; - Reselling products; - Redistributing products; - Leaking products; - Circumventing license restrictions; - Attempting to bypass authentication; - Using unsupported configurations; - Violating product instructions; - Using products for prohibited activities. Customers are responsible for using purchased products in accordance with applicable laws, third-party rules, and the NetherShop Terms of Service. --- 9. Products That Have Been Used Because digital products can often be copied, accessed, activated, or used immediately, the ability to refund a product may be affected once delivery or access has occurred. Where a product has been successfully delivered and used, a refund will generally not be available unless: - The product is covered by a valid warranty; - The product is materially defective; - The product materially differs from its description; or - A refund is required by applicable law. This does not prevent NetherShop from voluntarily approving a refund where appropriate. --- 10. Free Products, Bonuses, and Promotional Items Free products, bonuses, promotional items, trial access, giveaways, or complimentary services generally have no monetary refund value. If a purchase includes a free promotional item, the failure or removal of the promotional item does not automatically create a right to refund the underlying paid product unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers may have separate terms and expiration dates. --- 11. Warranty Periods Where a product includes a warranty, the warranty period begins according to the terms displayed on the relevant product page or provided at the time of purchase. Warranty periods may vary between products. A warranty may cover specific defects or failures but does not necessarily guarantee permanent availability or compatibility. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, warranties do not cover: - Customer misuse; - Unauthorized modifications; - Credential sharing; - Resale or redistribution; - Third-party bans caused by customer actions; - Unsupported environments; - Third-party service changes; - Events outside NetherShop's reasonable control. --- 12. Refund Request Requirements To request a refund, customers should contact NetherShop through the official support or contact methods provided on the website. A refund request should normally include: - Order ID; - Product name; - Date of purchase; - Email or account information associated with the order where applicable; - Description of the issue; - Relevant screenshots; - Error messages; - Other information reasonably required to investigate the claim. Providing complete and accurate information helps NetherShop investigate the request more efficiently. --- 13. Refund Investigation NetherShop may investigate a refund request before making a decision. The investigation may include: - Reviewing the order; - Confirming payment; - Checking delivery records; - Reviewing product or license information; - Checking warranty status; - Reviewing support communications; - Troubleshooting the reported issue; - Verifying whether the product was accessed or used; - Determining whether the issue was caused by the product, the customer, or a third party. Customers may be asked to provide additional information or perform reasonable troubleshooting steps. --- 14. Troubleshooting Before Refund Where appropriate, NetherShop may attempt to resolve a technical problem before issuing a refund. This may include: - Installation instructions; - Configuration assistance; - Account recovery instructions; - Replacement credentials; - Replacement files; - License replacement; - Updated software; - Compatibility instructions; - Other reasonable technical assistance. If the issue can reasonably be resolved through support, NetherShop may provide the solution instead of issuing a refund. --- 15. Replacement Instead of Refund Where a product is defective or unavailable, NetherShop may offer a replacement instead of a refund. For example, depending on the product, NetherShop may provide: - A replacement account; - A replacement license; - A replacement access key; - An updated version; - A replacement digital file; - Another equivalent product. If a reasonable replacement successfully resolves the issue, a separate refund may not be issued unless required by applicable law. --- 16. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, NetherShop will generally attempt to return the funds through the original payment method. The actual time required for the funds to appear may depend on: - The payment provider; - The customer's bank; - Card processing networks; - Payment processing times; - Weekends and holidays; - Other third-party processing factors. NetherShop cannot guarantee the exact time required for a payment provider to complete a refund. --- 17. Cryptocurrency and Alternative Payments Where cryptocurrency or another payment method is accepted, refund procedures may differ depending on the payment provider and transaction method. If a refund is approved, NetherShop may use an appropriate refund method where permitted and technically possible. Transaction fees, network fees, currency conversion, or other external charges may affect the amount returned where permitted by applicable law and the payment provider's rules. Any product-specific payment conditions displayed during checkout will also apply. --- 18. Chargebacks Customers should contact NetherShop support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute whenever possible. If a customer has a legitimate issue with an order, NetherShop should be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. A chargeback initiated after successful delivery and use of a product may result in an investigation of the transaction. Fraudulent or intentionally misleading chargebacks may result in: - Suspension of the customer's account; - Cancellation of outstanding orders; - Restriction from future purchases; - Evidence being provided to the payment provider; - Other actions permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising rights provided by applicable law or by their payment provider. --- 19. Fraudulent Refund Requests NetherShop reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent refund activity. Examples may include: - False claims that a product was not delivered; - False claims that a product was defective; - Providing intentionally misleading evidence; - Attempting to receive multiple refunds for the same order; - Attempting to retain a product after receiving a refund; - Abusing warranty replacements; - Coordinated refund abuse. Where appropriate, NetherShop may restrict or terminate access to its services and may provide relevant information to payment providers or authorities. --- 20. Duplicate Orders If you accidentally purchase the same digital product multiple times, contact support as soon as possible. If duplicate orders have not been delivered or used, NetherShop may be able to cancel or refund the additional transaction where appropriate. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, the normal refund rules apply. --- 21. Product Discontinuation NetherShop may discontinue, replace, modify, or update products. A product being discontinued does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously completed purchases. However, if a product is discontinued during an active warranty period and NetherShop cannot provide the warranted functionality or a reasonable replacement, a refund may be considered where appropriate. Nothing in this section limits rights required by applicable law. --- 22. Third-Party Bans and Restrictions NetherShop is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party platforms where those restrictions result from customer actions. Examples may include: - Violating platform rules; - Suspicious activity caused by the customer; - Unauthorized account modifications; - Credential sharing; - Abusive behavior; - Prohibited usage; - Other violations of third-party policies. Where a third-party restriction occurs independently of customer actions, eligibility for a replacement or refund will depend on the applicable product warranty and the circumstances of the case. --- 23. Refund Abuse NetherShop may restrict refund privileges where there is evidence of repeated or abusive refund activity. This may include repeated claims involving products that were successfully delivered and used or repeated warranty claims that do not meet the applicable warranty conditions. Any restriction will remain subject to applicable law. --- 24. Consumer Rights This Refund Policy does not replace mandatory consumer protection laws. Depending on the customer's country, region, or circumstances, the customer may have statutory rights relating to digital content, digital services, defective products, cancellation, refunds, or other consumer protections. Where applicable law grants a right that conflicts with this Refund Policy, the applicable legal requirement will take precedence. --- 25. No Guarantee of Refund Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the request will be approved. Each request may be evaluated based on: - The product purchased; - The product description; - The applicable warranty; - The circumstances of the claim; - Delivery and usage status; - Evidence provided; - Applicable law. NetherShop will communicate the outcome of the review through the available support channel. --- 26. Refund Policy and Terms of Service This Refund Policy forms part of the NetherShop Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and a specific product's clearly stated warranty, the product-specific warranty will generally govern warranty-related claims, subject to applicable law. Nothing in the Terms of Service or this Refund Policy is intended to remove mandatory legal rights. --- 27. Changes to This Refund Policy NetherShop reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: - Changes to products; - Changes to payment methods; - Changes to warranty procedures; - Changes to business practices; - Changes to applicable laws; - Changes to third-party services. The updated policy will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date. The version applicable to a purchase will generally be the version in effect at the time of that purchase, subject to applicable law. --- 28.
